New to CrossFit?
Contact us to schedule a No-Sweat Intro where you come in and we discuss your goals, your history, and we get to know YOU! From there, we will show you around and discuss how we can help you achieve your full potential. If we sound like a good fit, we will discuss next steps and the best place for you to start.

Or, if you want to jump right in, email us to schedule Foundations. This consists of three to five personal training sessions to introduce you to the movements, terminology, equipment, and methodology you’ll need to be familiar with before jumping into classes. A monthly membership or 10 class punchcard is required to attend foundations. In the meantime, browse some membership plans below.

Have CrossFit Experience?
You can skip Foundations if you have a minimum of 3 months experience training in a CrossFit affiliate. Check out our memberships below.
Unlimited CrossFit Classes
Unlimited CrossFit classes each month with free access to scheduled Open Gym times. Monthly, 6-month, and 12-month payment options available.
24hr Gym Access
Unlimited 24 hr. access to Sandhills CrossFit equipment and programming with an access code. Group classes take equipment priority.
Unlimited + 24hr Access
Unlimited CrossFit classes each month with free access to scheduled Open Gym times. In addition, unlimited 24 hr. access to Sandhills CrossFit equipment and programming with an access code. Group classes take equipment priority.
