A More Healthy You Starts Here
At Sandhills CrossFit, we believe in only the highest standards of physical fitness training, mental toughness and proper nutrition to get your body in optimal working order.
Be part of a community of like-minded people who love being healthy, strong, and more in touch with their bodies. You can expect high-intensity workouts that last about an hour. We have multiple class times per day, with one workout per day. Each session starts with a warm-up, skills session and then a fast-paced, timed workout.
